Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting my artwork. Every item in this shop is made to order through trusted print‑on‑demand partners, which means your product is created specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, please review the policy below.

Returns & Exchanges
I do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Ordering the wrong size, quantity, or design
- Change of mind

Since each item is custom‑printed, I cannot restock or resell returned products.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, I will replace it at no cost to you.

To request a replacement, please contact me at Contact.SirScrutiny@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once approved, a replacement will be sent automatically through my production partner.

Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to me at Contact.SirScrutiny@gmail.com. I will work with the shipping carrier and my print partners to resolve the issue. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, I will send a replacement.

Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production. Production typically begins within a few hours of placing your order, so please double‑check your details before submitting your order.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact me immediately. If the order has not entered production, I may be able to update it.

Non‑Returnable Items
Because all products are custom‑made, the following items are non‑returnable:
- Stickers
- Art prints
- Any personalized or made‑to‑order items

Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following situations:
- A damaged or defective item that cannot be replaced
- A package confirmed lost by the carrier

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
