Thank you for supporting my artwork. All items in this shop are made to order through trusted print‑on‑demand partners. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.

Order Processing Time
Each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, though this may vary during holidays or high‑volume periods.

Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times after production:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days

These are estimates and not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, or weather events may extend delivery times.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your order.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number at Contact.SirScrutiny@gmail.com or via SMS if selected at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact me at Contact.SirScrutiny@gmail.com. I will work with the carrier and my production partners to resolve the issue. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, a replacement will be sent at no cost to you.

Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:
- Check with neighbors or your building office
- Verify the shipping address entered at checkout
- Allow 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early

If the package is confirmed delivered but cannot be located, I am unable to issue a free replacement. Please contact me if you need assistance.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact me immediately. If the order has not entered production, I may be able to update it.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost.

Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on the production partner and item type. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
